Tattoo Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Deposits
A deposit of [amount or percentage] is required to book an appointment.
The deposit applies to the final cost of your tattoo.
The deposit is non-refundable.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once and keep your deposit with at least [48 to 72] hours notice.
Rescheduling with less notice may require a new deposit.
No-shows and late cancellations
If you do not show, or cancel with less than [24] hours notice, your deposit is forfeited.
Booking again after a no-show requires a new deposit.
Lateness
Please arrive on time. If you are more than [15 to 30] minutes late, we may need to reschedule, and your deposit may be forfeited.
