Scheduling
← All featuresBook times that are really open.
Trading messages to land on a date is a slow way to fill a week. Patron holds your real availability, offers clients only the slots you have, and keeps two bookings from ever landing on the same time.
Your hours, your rules
Set weekly hours, session length, buffers between clients, how far ahead someone can book, and a daily cap. Block a day off or add a one-off. Patron works out the open slots from all of it.
Clients pick from what is open
When you publish your hours, a client can propose a time from the slots you actually have. You approve it, or hold it, and the slot comes off the board so no one else takes it.
One calendar for the whole studio
See your week as a time grid, or the month at a glance. In a studio, every artist's day sits on one calendar, color-coded, so overlaps and gaps are obvious. A tray collects anything that still needs a time.
No double-booking
Every booking is checked against the rest before it lands. Two clients cannot take the same slot, and a reschedule cannot collide with itself. Times are always shown in your studio's own time zone.
Reschedules without the back-and-forth
A client can propose a new time from your real availability, and you approve or decline it from the board. The booking keeps its own length, so a long session stays a long session.
Straight answers
Common questions.
How does availability work?
You set your weekly hours, session length, buffers, lead time, and a daily cap. Patron turns that into the open slots clients see, and you can block days or add one-offs whenever you need.
Can clients book any time they want?
Only the times you publish, and only as a request. When a client proposes a slot you approve or hold it. The public path never books outside your set hours.
Does it prevent double-booking?
Yes. Every booking is checked for collisions before it lands, so two clients cannot take the same time and a reschedule cannot collide with itself.
Does Patron sync with Google Calendar?
Today Patron manages your availability and bookings inside the app, so your Patron calendar is the source of truth for your bookings. A two-way calendar sync is not live yet.
