Client reschedule
← All featuresRescheduling without the DM tag.
Life happens and dates move. Instead of a dozen messages to find a new slot, Patron gives each client a private link to propose a time that actually works, and leaves the final say with you.
A private link, not a public calendar
Each booking has its own manage link. A client opens it to propose a new time, and it never exposes your other clients or your whole calendar. It is their booking and only their booking.
They pick from what is really open
The new time comes from your live availability, so a client can only propose a slot you actually have. No offers for times that are already taken or outside your hours.
You approve, the board updates
A proposed change lands on your pipeline for you to approve or decline. Nothing moves until you say so, and the booking keeps its own length when it does.
Fewer no-shows, less back-and-forth
A client who can move an appointment in a tap is far less likely to just vanish. You spend less time trading messages and more time tattooing.
Straight answers
Common questions.
How do clients reschedule?
Through a private link tied to their own booking. They propose a new time from your real availability, and you approve or decline it from your board.
Can a client change the time without my approval?
No. A reschedule is a request. It waits on your board for you to approve or decline, so your calendar stays under your control.
Will they see my other appointments?
No. The manage link is scoped to their own booking and shows only open times, never your other clients or your full calendar.
Does the appointment keep its length?
Yes. A rescheduled booking keeps its own duration, so a long session stays a long session in the new slot.
